8. Where is a taxi stand?
(택시 승차장은 어디 있습니까?)

Tip : 택시의 이용 방법은 우리 나라와 같다. 미국에서는 택시 요금 이외에 10% 내지 15% 정도의 팁을 주는 것을 잊지 않도록 하자.

Model Dialog

A: I'm not sure which way to go. Could you direct
    me to the Lincoln Center?
B: Keep going straight ahead for two blocks until
    you come to an intersection. Turn right there,
    and go over two blocks.
A: It's a little bit far, I'm afraid. I'd rather take
    a taxi. Where is a taxi stand?
B: Right over there. You can see it from here.

A: 길을 잘 모르겠는데요. 링컨 센터로 가는 길을 가르쳐
    주시겠습니까?
B: 똑바로 두 블록을 가면 교차로가 있을 겁니다. 거기서
    오른쪽으로 돌아 두 블록을 더 가세요.
A: 거리가 좀 먼 것 같군요. 택시를 타는 게 좋겠는데요.
    택시 승차장은 어디죠?
B: 바로 저기에 있습니다. 여기서 보일 겁니다.
