아픈 증상 물어보기

Model Dialog :

A: What's the matter?
B: I just can't sleep.
A: How long have you had this problem?
B: For about two weeks now.

A: 무슨 일입니까?
B: 그저 잠을 잘 수가 없습니다.
A: 얼마나 오래 그랬습니까?
B: 지금까지 약 두 주일 정도요.

Speaking Tip 1 : 의사나 간호사가 환자에게「어디가 아프십니까?」,「어디가 아파서 오셨습니까?」하는 의미로 쓸 수 있는 표현으로는 다음과 같은 것들이 있다.

- What's the matter? (어디가 아프십니까?)
- What's wrong with you? (어디가 아프십니까?)
- What's the problem? (어디가 아프십니까?)
- Is something wrong with you? (어디가 아프신가요?)
- What brings you in? (어디가 아파서 오셨습니까?)

Speaking Tip 2 : 의사가 환자를 진찰하면서 물어 보는 표현들로 다음과 같은 것들이 있다.

- Can you describe to me how you feel? (상태가 어떤지
- 말씀해 주시겠습니까?)
- How long have you had these symptoms? (이런 증상이
- 있은지 얼마나 오래 됐습니까?)
- How long have you had this pain? (이렇게 아픈지 얼마나
- 됐습니까?)
- Do you have any other symptoms with it? (또 다른 증상이
- 있습니까?)

Dialog Practice 1 :

A: Can you describe to me how you feel?
B: Well, my throat is very sore, and I feel feverish.
A: How long have you had these symptoms?
B: Since last Sunday.

A: 상태가 어떤지 말씀해 주시겠습니까?
B: 어, 목이 몹시 쓰리고, 열이 좀 있습니다.
A: 그런 증상이 얼마나 오래 됐습니까?
B: 지난 일요일부터입니다.

Dialog Practice 2 :

A: I feel this horrible pain in the small of my back.
I'm afraid I twisted my spine when I fell.
B: How long have you been having this pain?
A: Since yesterday.
B: Well, I think it's just a muscle problem.

A: 제 등허리 한 쪽에 심한 통증이 느껴집니다. 넘어지면서 척추를
삐지 않았는가 생각되는데요.
B: 통증을 느낀게 얼마나 됐죠?
A: 어제부터입니다.
B: 어, 그냥 근육에 이상이 있는 것 같군요.

Dialog Practice 3 :

A: How long has it been going on?
B: About two days. It's getting worse, I'm afraid.
A: Do you have any other symptoms with it? Have you
had a headache? Did you get a runny nose? Cough?
B: Well, slight runny nose, and a sore throat with... uh...
A: Okay, let me write out the prescription.

A: 얼마나 오래 그랬습니까?
B: 한 이틀이요. 더 심해지는 것 같아요.
A: 그 외의 다른 증상이 있습니까? 머리가 아팠습니까? 콧물이 났다든가?
기침은요?
B: 글쎄요, 콧물도 좀 나고, 그리고 목이 아프고... 어...
A: 알겠습니다, 처방전을 써 드리죠.
